Bad Mommy

Two of my children start school tomorrow.  They both needed physicals which  I scheduled for early July.  My older son took his for his to school last week so he could participate in swimming.  I CAN'T FIND MY YOUNGER SON'S FORM ANYWHERE!!!  I am obviously struggling with keeping up with all the freaking paperwork from 3 schools.  Everything is computerized yet we have to fill out the same info every year.
