Apparently my children's philosophy for the summer will be "if Mom can do it why should we". We really had no transition between school and our summer activities. They are all busy and are using every bit of free time to lay on the couch and watch tv or play video games. I guess during the school year I do a lot for them and they expect that same type of service.
We've been out of school since Friday and have had two friend parties, one graduation, one dance recital and one family birthday to celebrate.
I know three children who are getting a reality check today when they, get up, get home and get off the couch.

Yep, I put the tacks right into the wall, it was only a little harder than putting a thumb tack into the wall. The tacks do leave small holes but you can barely see them since they are above the window. Definitely my preferred way to make window treatments. :)
