Upstairs -- Again

I am gathering my strength to head upstairs.  I'm planning on cleaning the children's bedrooms, bathrooms and organizing a linen closet.  Actually I am forced to organize that closet because someone tossed everything on the floor.  One of my children had a friend over who just gets into everything.  Maybe I will check a few blogs and then head up.  I'm allotting three hours for this project.  Yuck.  I keep thinking once their rooms are so nice and organized they will keep them that way.  The worst is my 13 year old daughter.  There were no clothes in her hamper yesterday and it is probably full today.  She wears a uniform so I don't know how she does it.  Lots of my friends who have young teen girls or have had them have the same experience.

Ok I'm really going now.  Except I hear the lawn guy out there and they just cut Thursday so what are they doing?  I may have to go chat with him.  The lawn is just not growing very fast now.  I'll talk to him and then go upstairs.  Hopefully I won't run into a neighbor and be out chatting for a bit.

I don't know where the clothes come from. It puzzles me every day. I, too, have a 13-year-old that has more laundry than what he is actually wearing. I can relax and think I am completely caught up, and then he'll throw a whole laundry basket down for me to wash. It's a mystery.
