I hesitate to say it but ...

I don't want to jinx myself but the last two evenings have been just great.  My children have all made it to dinner, liked dinner (well tonight it was take-out pizza) and just been wonderful.   They've been fun to be around, helpful to each other and myself.  After my son's bass lesson this evening he came home and played bass and piano.  He even chose nice classical pieces.

Baseball, water-polo and track will all be going strong in the next couple of weeks so I'm glad we are having this nice interlude.

My house is clean, laundry up to date and I have lots of great books to read.  Next week I have some auction commitments but this week is shaping up to be very nice.  Lunch with a few friends, mass tomorrow.

Poor hubby woke up with a wicked cold this morning and is kindly sleeping in the guest room.  I had the cold last week so I don't think I would catch it again but he's a bit of a snorer when he has a cold and I really need my sleep.   I think he'll sleep better if he doesn't have to worry about disturbing my sleep.

Does anyone else have a husband who snores?

my husband has sleep apnea. before he was diagnosed I wanted to club him with a cast iron frying pan.

Thanks for the great comments about the ADD. I am not trying to make light of the situation. Just wish I knew the right things to do.
