The Nanc Clause

As the Health Care Bill is being debated, I ask that there be included a clause, stating that no hospital, doctor or any other health care provider may even submit a bill until they have provided the patient the results of the tests, procedure or operations they have endured. I know those doctors are busier than the rest of us so perhaps they could have a person on staff who can provide those results.

If I can get that in can I also add a clause stating that no insurance company or patient is responsible for a test when the results are so out of whack (according to the physician) that there must have been a math error. Of course that will be void if the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th tests come up with the same results.

And maybe we can also add that if the patient or their wife is given instructions to 'please remember, it's very important', to remind the radiologist to measure the pressure at the 5th spinal puncture we get a discount.

Thanks.
